Trufa: An Italian Favorite Made in Spain

When we think pasta, we think Italy but this humble pasta bar located in Esteban in Makati Avenue traces its origins from Spain that’s why on its wall you find one of two clocks that tells the time in Barcelona. During our visit, we tried their set meal. It was pretty affordable because for almost five hundred pesos you already get a generous serving of pasta, a drink and your own choice of dessert. The pasta was expectedly good while the drinks were interestingly refreshing but the Bocadillo Dulce is truly something else. You can also try their Design Your Own Pasta which means you choose your own salsa, pasta and alegria. That sounds like a fun way to start Christmas meet-ups.
