Poblacion Finds: Minsok Restaurant and Holy Carabao

We’ve already featured a few restaurants in the Poblacion area but there’s still more to this area fondly called as Backwell by those in the know. One Saturday we were walking around trying to find a place to eat and stumbled upon a Korean restaurant. Last Sunday we found out that Minsok Korean Restaurant is actually the best Korean restaurant in the area. Just like the restaurants we visited in Korea, this is a no frills restaurant and they even use gasul for the grilling of meat and vegetable. The food they server though is as authentic as it can get. To add the aunthenticity of the place is the steady flow of Korean patrons. After our hearty lunch, we headed back to Rockwell but just had to pass by to check out Holy Carabao to check out what healthy food we can buy the next time we’re in the area.
