The Projector: Watching a Movie in Singapore
We chanced upon a poster at Kinokuniya about a film showing for a movie, Shortcomings, that we have been wanting to watch. We immediately scanned the QR code and booked for a screening slot that will leave us enough time to enjoy the film and prepare before heading to the airport for our flight. Finding the cinema was a bit of an adventure in itself since it’s located in an area that we don’t frequent when we come for a visit. As soon as the elevator door opened, we knew we were in the right place. The aesthetic of The Projector was on point. There were so many details that deserve an applause but the most memorable would have been the bathroom walls clad in movie posters. The cinema itself was also angled well and as there were only a few of us there, it felt like an exclusive screening. If you like watching movies, make sure to check out the movie line-up at The Projector and block off time for it in your itinerary.
