The Heart of Marinduque

When you look at the map of the Philippines, try to look for the island that is shaped like a heart and you’ll find Marinduque. Inside that heart is an island that offers a tranquil province life with its virgin white beaches and old churches but once a year during Lent it gets a bit busier as it welcomes tourists who are in town to attend the religious festival called Moriones.
