Tartufo Ristorante: Our New Favorite Italian Place

We love Italian food so much so that we actually traveled all the way to Bologna and its neighboring towns a few years back to have a taste of authentic Italian food. It makes us very happy then to discover a place that replicates that experience. Tartufo Ristorante is much fancier than the OG trattorias we tried in Italy but their pasta and pizza are almost as close as it can be when it comes to what we’ve tasted there so we’ll take that anytime. We went to their branch in BGC located at the ground floor of One Maridien which was not so busy at 11 am – a big plus. Come twelve noon though, it starts getting packed so we wrapped up as soon as the big groups started coming and saved space in our tummies for dessert elsewhere.
