Sydney Eats: Nel

It’s the chic Nordic wooden furnishings that made me feel at ease. Sure I put on my Chanel heels just to make sure that I won’t feel out of place but I realized it would have been totally fine even if I stuck with my comfy red Chucks. Once I was completely at ease, I requested to switch with my friend so I can have a good view of the kitchen goings-on and I was so entertained with the calmness in the chefs faces despite many activities in every space.

My ultimate favorite is the summer efflorescence dessert. It offered a burst flavor in every bite that went on and on until the very last spoonful of goodness available for me to devour. Before that though, I enjoyed each course as well but my favorites would have to be the daikon, watermelon, avocado and fetta along with the oyster, finger lime. – CJR
