Singapore Eats: The Butcher’s Wife
One of our favorite things to do whenever we’re in Singapore is to roam around Tiong Bahru. It’s nice to walk around and observe the local residents go about their everyday lives and walking into a lot of surprises offered by the different local businesses peppered around the area including new restaurants. One evening we had dinner at The Butcher’s Wife expecting a nice surprise and we went home with our hearts singing and stomach smiling, true to their brand promise. The best tip we can give you is to sit by the counter, well that’s a tip that you could use for any place with an open kitchen. There’s really something about seeing the magic as it happens so to speak. Here are some photos from that evening.
