If you want to eat the best crab in Japan then there’s only one place that can guarantee a consistently authentic, fresh and amazing crab meal and that is Kanihonke. Hioki Tatsuo, the founder of Kanihonke, is known as the father of crab cuisine in Japan. There is nothing fancy about this chain but one look at the menu and you will know you’ve come to the right place.
