Lusso: In Memory of Gaita

Together with some friends, we recently dined at Lusso while we talked about which restaurants of the legendary Chef Gaita Fores we’ve tried and what we like best about them. There were only good things to say from everyone around the table while enjoying the delicious food made and served by people inspired in so many ways by Margarita. Judging from our dining experience that day, her legacy will surely live on.
