Kyoto Eats: Tempura Endo

If there are three things you should do while in Modena then that would be visit the Enzo Ferrari Museum, travel to Maranello by bus for that trip to the Ferarri Factory and eat in a Massimo Bottura restaurant. I was able to do all three and made sure to take a ton of photos which I will share here. The Enzo Ferrarri Museum will inspire each person who walks in to experience snippets of il Commendatore’s life to walk out with renewed hope and purpose. Meanwhile over at the Ferrari Factory, one will have the chance to appreciate the greatness of Ferrari through the journey of its F1 racing team. Back at Modena, it’s challenging to get a seat at Osteria Francescana so instead I had the tatse menu of Franceschetta 58, an informal dining brasserie and bar serving small plates which is Bottura’s second project.
