Kyoto Eats: Tempura Endo
We thought we came in time just before the dinner rush but there was already a line waiting for us outside Kiji however that didn’t deter us from waiting for our turn. We were lucky to be given seats at the counter, giving us front row access to watch the master chefs of okonomiyaki do their thing. We marveled at how they move at ease and how they seem to be not making any mistake. We were actually also getting full just from watching them prepare all sorts of okonomiyaki but there’s nothing like actually tasting their creations. It’s nothing fancy but it’s really delicious, filling and affordable.
