Davao Eats: Life Cycle, Cafe Priore and Fourth Street Cafe
There are too many coffee houses to discover in this city so we’re doing another rundown this year.
Life Cycle is located at Langub. It’s far from the city but definitely worth the drive if you’re down for a good Japanese meal and coffee. It’s as legit as it can get since the cook is a Japanese descendant. There’s nothing fancy about the place though, it offers more of a homey ambience because it’s like you’re casually hanging out at a friend’s front yard.
Now if you want high-end then there’s Cafe Priore located in Juna Subdvision. The cafe itself is tiny but it’s one of the only few places in town that serves our preferred TWG cafe. By the way, their bathroom is divine. You can even splash a whiff of Jo Malone before heading out back to your seat. While you’re there, consider booking some beauty and wellness treatments at their next door clinic.
Lastly, somewhere in one of the side streets of the city particularly Narra Street which sits across the Sta. Ana Church is a no fuss coffee place that’s best for take out or a quick break. It’s called Fourth Street Cafe and we’ve been back many times since our first visit when they just opened.
