Circles: The Best Buffet in Town

When Circles announced that it was reopening, we were so excited. And as only Shangri-La can with its international brand of quality and service, we were more than satisfied when we finally got to try it. We anticipated some usual post-pandemic changes or adjustments but we didn’t get any of that and instead it was still the same bountiful spread that made us keep coming back for so many years and counting.
