Brasserie Sagana by Chef Marc Aubry
We went on a Valentines’s weekend so the place was full but fortunately they agreed to move us to a quiet corner. There, we enjoyed reminiscing our favorites from Champetre while also appreciating the new items we have yet to try. We ordered two Beef Onglet dishes – the Ravioli and the fresh of the grill. We paired it with Leafy Green Salad and a bottle of wine that we brought with us. We also tried the Chicken Jambonette and their glorious but unassuming desserts – Leche Flan Cheesecake and Tarte Tatin.
