Best Biko Discovery: Mayor Biko

There was a time in the pandemic when we were on a kakanin spree. We tried all the recommended best puto, kutsinta, bibingka, biko, etc. They were a lot of good ones and we might write about them too but for now we would like to share with you the best biko among all that we tasted. Mayor Biko is a new brand. You can only buy through their IG (@mayorbiko) where they indicate available date/s to order. It’s so good that one person can finish the smallest size (it’s not a solo size, mind you) in one sitting. Their communication materials are so witty and fun to read and customer service is excellent although they only reply in Tagalog which can be a challenge for some people but they don’t mind if you reply in English.
