Barcelona Eats: La Xarxa
Truly having a local with you is an advantage for we would have never ventured out of Passeig de Gracia area if we weren’t invited to have dinner at La Xarxa. The friend who invited us said that this is his favorite neighborhood restaurant and true enough the ambiance was far more relaxed than the other touristy places we went to. We also got really good personalized service, must be because we were with someone familiar, and was even served sangria even if it was dinner time because apparently sangria is usually only served during lunch time. The meal lasted for over almost three hours and by the end of it we still wanted more of the food and catch up time too.
