Basil: Balancing the Five Tastes

Basil owes its name to the Thai herb – Sweet Basil. Since opening its doors in 2012, it has expanded into serving almost all areas of Metro Manila. This is happy news to those of us who crave Thai food every now and then. We now know there’s some branch nearby to serve us that Mango Sticky Rice we’ve been longing for or that Chicken Curry and Satay that we have been dreaming of since last month.
