Tasting the heartwarming food of Mrs. Saldo’s

We were looking over at our drafts and noticed that we missed out writing about our experience when we tried Mrs. Saldo’s during their stint at Balmori Suites in Rockwell so we’re doing it now because you can always try their food if you happen to be game to go all the way to Cavite. Long story short, we think it’s worth it.

Every dish that was served to us that day was glorious but in a down to earth way. It matched our conversation which was mostly about what’s going on with our lives, both good and bad. We paused mid-sentence to dish out a compliment after our first bites several times during the meal. Our only wish was that some of the servings could have been just a little bit bigger because we wanted more. We can only imagine how much better it would be to enjoy these food in their own backyard hence we highly recommend going out of your way to visit them.
