Postcards from Ikseon-dong
Ikseon-dong is a former Hanok village that is now a maze of quaint shops and picturesque cafes. One can discover a treasure trove of little gems just by wandering about.
You can also find your own favorite spot such as the Cheese Industry. This cheese-themed country cafe makes their own cheese, with fresh batches at certain times of the day. Savory and sweet dishes are available. We recommend you order this puff of pastry topped with pesto, cherry tomatoes, arugula, and bocconcini (mini mozzarella balls). For dessert, get a cheese swirl soft serve combining mascarpone/cream cheese ice cream with a sharper yellow cheddar.
