Reminiscent of Greece and overlooking the West Philippine Sea, arriving at Thunderbird Resort Poro Point after five to six hours of land trip from Manila is exhilarating. Admittedly, there is nothing much to do within the area so you will have to be the type who does not mind paying for modern amenities to enjoy nature specifically staring into the endless sea while listening to the crashing of the waves. We stayed for a long weekend and we had office-related activities to attend to so it was really a treat to have such a serene background, helps you think more clearly.
