Davao Eats: Minkah's Urban Farm and Kitchen

A simple charming house strategically located atop one of the highest points of GSIS offers a nice view of the city and deliciously healthy food too. Last December, along with childhood friends, we bonded over some of their best sellers like the spareribs, law-oy, lechon kawali, blue marlin ceviche and tinola. It was such a pleasant venue that we didn’t realize that lunch had already stretched to three hours. If you prefer a quiet catch-up away from the crowded city center then this is the perfect place. Oh and by the way, never leave without trying their Mango Cheesecake!
