Bacolod Eats: Aida’s
Almost always, there’s that moment when it hits you. For us, it’s the first bite of the first food we eat, that makes us fall in love with a place. And so with just one bite of the famous Chicken Inasal of Aida’s, Bacolod has got us enamored. From then on we would spend countless trips, even day trips, to the city of smiles so we thought we’d chronicle our most recent visit starting off with with our lunch at Aida’s followed by a solemn stopover at nearby San Sebastian Cathedral.
