Tono Cevicheria: Peru comes to Singapore
First thing in our mind was how brave the people behind Tono must be to open in a dazzling building but with a nearly empty F&B retail section. After spending two hours of late night dinner one Saturday evening, we found out the answer. All of their ceviche are fresh with flavors that are so carefully woven together. The Arroz Con Mariscos is reminiscent of but slightly more interesting than a paella. The Jalea is the best pair to any alcoholic drinks of your choice. And finally the Alfajores is the perfect ending to your meal. Something this good cannot wait and deserves to be shared right away.
