Kyoto Eats: Tempura Endo
One of our favorite Japanese food is tempura so we made sure to book for lunch at Tempura Endo, said to be the best tempura place in Kyoto. The best thing about the food is that it's not oily at all and upon research we found out that the batter is made of premium quality cottonseed oil. The ingredients, are of course, fresh and no taste overpowers another which means the balance of flavors is achieved which is rare for most local tempura restaurants. The service and the ambiance are also worthy to mention since they added a great deal to the very good over-all experience.
