Bistro du Vin: A Taste of France in Edades
Edades is home not only to its residents but also to foodies who are always on the look out for places to hang out in while enjoying good food and wine. One lovely Saturday afternoon we decided to try out one of its offering, Bistro du Vin, and it didn't disappoint. Complementing the good weather outside was the perfectly cooked steak that went very well with a random red wine we picked from the wine list. For dessert, we highly recommend the Creme Brûlée. All in all it was really a pleasurable experience.
We started early so we had the place to ourselves for about thirty minutes which made it easier to talk to each other and we left just as the dinner crowd was coming in. Since it's a small place it gets rather noisy but nothing to worry about because the ambiance stays cozy all through out.
