Although very much bustling like a city, there is a laid back provincial feel to Yokohama in fact look up any travel guide and most likely they would suggest the place to get a taste of the countryside.
We went over there to do exactly that. It was a quick visit to the place but we quite enjoyed it. We walked around Chinatown while eating their version of fried xiao long bao. We also agreed that the Ramen Museum was worth visiting. What we regret though was going there with nearly full stomachs because we would have wanted to try more ramen especially made by ramen masters in Japan. It was an easy half day trip so for sure there's more to see but for now here's some photos from the two places in Yokohama where we spent most of our time.
