Around the World this New Year
January has not yet ended and so are all the New Year's celebrations with family and friends. In this rundown we feature three restaurants specializing in different cuisines. You can take your pick where you want to go for your belated celebrations.
First stop is Ming Bistro for some Chinese fare. The location in Tektite Building makes it easier to schedule a lunch or dinner catch up with friends who also work in the same area. Their best sellers are the same as in most other Chinese restaurants but the price is more affordable than the ones located in the mall.
Second stop is Zarzuela for Filipino-Spanish dishes. This place is one of the more popular new restaurants in the new wing of Shangri-la Mall and understandably so because items on the menu are also very affordable. Most of their servings though are pretty small so make sure to ask the server how big your order will be.
Third and final stop is Sariwon at BGC. The place easily gets full because it is very popular with Koreans based in Manila so make sure to make reservations. If you're a group of four then make sure to ask about their specials and trust us when they say it's good for four then it really is.
They say if you end January with a happy tummy then you'll never go hungry for the rest of the year. Happy Eating!
